Couples Yoga Retreats ~ In preparation for birth ~
These unique one day retreats offer couples special time to come together to honor themselves as their relationship evolves into a changing family. Preganant mosm and partners will enjoy learning effective ways to prepare for their birth in awareness. Partners will leave with a greater understanding of how to support the birthing mother with calm, compassion and ease. Each retreat will encompass the following:
- Time to reflect on your family vision
- Mindful communication skills for healthy families
- Practices for a labor of love
- Couples yoga for birth preparation
- Meditations for attuning to one another and your baby
- Belly Casting
- Creation of your parenting vows of intention
Couples retreats offer special time for partners to share with each other the joys and challenges of pregnancy and parenthood much the same way as moms have shared throughout the prenatal classes. Moms and partners will have lots of time alone together for parenting vows, belly casting and more!
